From jet-lag to jet-fab – the MAC Destination Fabulous, an interactive site with personalisation, added a theatrical destination in Manchester Airport.
This installation aimed to enhance the brand journey through tactile storytelling, using intricate patterns inspired by retro aerospace design across grand archway structures. My role included the technical creation of all signage and textures, ensuring every element – from the sticker-clad flight cases to the branded trolleys – remained faithful to the vibrant brand vision and the narrative being told. An elegant, illuminated acrylic sign encouraged interaction at the final touchpoint where personalised products were created, combining professional execution with the brand’s signature sense of fun.
